For people who have tried therapy, self-work, or spiritual practices — and still feel stuck.
With a PhD in psychology I use grounded tools combined with psychic skills. The deep work employs more non-talk-based energy work that many people experience as creating shifts that talk-therapy alone does not.

Many people who find their way here are intuitive, empathic, or energetically sensitive — and have already spent years in therapy, personal growth, or spiritual practice without the shifts they were hoping for.

Not Just Talk Based
Sessions are largely quiet and experiential rather than conversational, allowing the nervous system and awareness to reorganize without constant analysis.

Designed for sensitive systems
This work tends to resonate with people who are intuitive, empathic, or energetically sensitive, and who have not found relief through conventional methods alone.

No belief required
There is no ideology to adopt, no identity to take on, and no pressure to interpret experiences. The focus is practical change, not spiritual performance.
Two ways of Working
People come to Life Path Healings for different reasons, and there are two distinct ways of working here.
-
Some people come for quiet, non-talk-based sessions that work at the level of awareness and the nervous system, allowing shifts to occur without analysis or narrative.
-
Others come specifically for conversational intuitive or psychic guidance — a space to speak, ask questions, and receive clear insight and practical direction.
-
These are distinct containers. We decide together which approach — or combination — is the best fit based on what you’re seeking.
Foundations of the work
My work draws from long-term study and lived practice within shamanic, contemplative, and medicine-based traditions, as well as a grounded understanding of psychology.
At times the work involves conversation, reflection, and practical tools. At other times, it involves silence — allowing awareness, energy, and non-ordinary ways of knowing to guide what unfolds.
Rather than imposing a framework, I pay close attention to what is present and what is asking to shift, trusting that something new can emerge when the conditions are right.
